2026 Bethel Picnic Sign-ups
July 12th at Pioneer park, 1-3pm! Picnic starts at 1:30pm in the Moose Creek Pavilion, following the baptisms at Chena River Boat Launch. Please drop food off at the pavilion prior to the baptisms, if possible. Thank you!

Please let us know what you plan to bring so we don't end up with too many of one dish type.
Some food can be stored in the kitchen during 2nd service before the picnic (refrigerated items or plug in crockpots, etc.) YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR FOOD TO THE PICNIC.

SETUP & CLEANUP
We need 3 people to do some heavy lifting (tables, grills, etc.) for setup and/or cleanup. Set-up starts around 11:30 AM and clean-up is around 3 PM. We'll contact you with exact times.
